A Family Christmas Card.

When reading the first situation, two questions popped into my head. First off, what was the Grocery Store owner looking for exactly, and why is the picture on whatever place he was looking. The article does not share how the family posted the picture onto the web, which negates the fact that the picture is owned by anyone else. The article also states that the man was looking online and thought that the picture was generated online. He did not mean to use the picture in any harm, however I do believe Grocery store owner was in copyright infringement.

Although the man did not mean to use a picture that belonged to someone else, it was not his picture to use for advertisement. He would have had to get permission from the family or should have done further investigation to where the picture had come from in order to use it. The situation seemed to be quite peaceful though, seeing as how he wanted to apologize for the situation.
